Fitness Tips for Women Over 40
When you hit 40 years old, fitness over 40 is not so hard to achieve so that you look and feel younger. Women over 40 have more to think and worry about because of the big changes in their bodies, similar to when they had big changes when they were teenagers. With special problems like menopause and prevention of osteoporosis (especially with women who have undergone childbirth over the years), women need to exercise to maintain their figure and health overall.

You’ll be surprised but by exercising at least 30 minutes for at least 4 times a week will help you maintain a healthy figure, blood pressure and will help lessen your problems in rheumatism. As your body ages, it can only take so much exercising, not like when you were younger and your body could take on more stress in a heavier fitness regime. Be gentle with your body and keep stress away by doing adequate exercise weekly to keep you fit and fabulous!
